While I did update the description over at the blog itself, I just wanna say right now that I will no longer be paying attention to any more asks regarding when I’ll update Ask Filia and Samson. I appreciate that you guys want me to update. I really do! I’m glad you guys like the blog! But the more I’m asked about it, the less inclined I am to do anything about it.

I’ll update it when I feel like it. End of story.

(Just putting this here too, for good measure. Sorry to post with yet another announcement without any substantial update, but I felt the need to say this)

((Man, this was all really exciting to watch. The Skullgirls fandom alone managed to donate over 75k for breast cancer research and then when you combine that with Melee’s 92k, Super Turbo’s 30-something grand if it’s being counted and all of the money from the other games, that’s like what? About 200k? Holy shit guys! That’s just AMAZING!

Breast cancer is no joke and I really do think that the fighting game community really pulled through and gave all that they could to help find a cure. No matter what game you voted for, I personally want to thank all of you guys for your donations. I’m not part of the drive, nor am I relevant at all but gosh I really kinda got emotional at how amazing you all are! From the bottom of my heart, thank you all!

Also WHO ELSE IS EXCITED AS FUCK ABOUT SQUIGLY BECAUSE I KNOW I AM SCREAMING AND IF YOU SAY YOU’RE NOT EXCITED YOU ARE LYING YOU ARE SO LYING

Anon asks seems to bring out the worst in people. Although even if they weren’t on Anon, this is still a very horrible thing to say to ANY ask blog.

And if they were joking, then the joke was in poor taste, because the ‘donate’ thing that was mentioned? For anyone who follows me who doesn’t know, it’s in reference to the fact that there’s a donation drive for breast cancer research going on right now.

No. Ask blogs are meant to be fun. They aren’t meant to be used as a way to make an artist feel like they owe us something. Goddamn it, I really hate the general Tumblr attitude towards ask blogs.

let’s be honest. there are hundreds of ask blogs out there, many with the same characters. if you don’t update, it’s not going to be as popular as the other ones. now maybe you don’t like it if people send you rude messages, because no one really does, but you can’t blame them for wanting you to answer your asks and do what you do.

Nah, man, I just do it to have fun. I actually don’t care how many asks I get. I have over a hundred at the moment and that’s actually WAY more than enough for me. idek if I’ll be able to answer them all, which is why my ask box has been closed for so long.

The point of me having a blog personally is to have fun answering what I have been asked. If you really think I did this for the sake of popularity, then boy do I have some news for you…!

ALSO MY GENERAL THING WITH ANONS LIKE THAT is that I normally just take comments like that in stride. I’ve dealt with actual rude anons in the past and to me, this is kinda nothing, lol.
